2.How do I get replacement parts for my generator?
It's easy that you can call your personal advisor. He will take care of everything related to your machine, such as supply and delivery of replacement parts, maintenance, technical assistance, etc.
3.How is your price compared with other manufacturers/ factories?
 Our price is more competitive than others according to numerous comparison and feedbacks of our c;ients. We work with the leading dealers of various Chinese lesding construction machinery manufacturers and factories,and we can get the best dealership price.
4.How is your delivery time?
Generally speaking, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 7 days, because we have a variety of resources to check machines in stock to ship in timely manner. But for other manufacturers / factories, it will take more than 30 days to produce the ordered machine.
5.How long will your price be valid?
We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations: (1)The rate of USD: RMB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates; (2)The increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
