It's easy that you can call your personal advisor. He will take care of everything related to your machine, such as supply and delivery of replacement parts, maintenance, technical assistance, etc.

Generally speaking, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 7 days, because we have a variety of resources to check machines in stock to ship in timely manner. But for other manufacturers / factories, it will take more than 30 days to produce the ordered machine.
